The current reaction (selected in `PlanDefinition.action.ehealth-actionTrigger.action`) to action trigger's trigger conditions being met is to change the ServiceRequest status from `on-hold` to `active`. There is no reaction to cause `ServiceRequest.status` change to other values, e.g. `completed`.

Automatic Application of Planned Changes (ServiceRequest, CarePlan and EpisodeOfCare)

Scheduled changes in these three resources are applied during an automatic job which runs at a regular interval.

Upon execution the job will start by finding all the ServiceRequests, CarePlans and EpisodesOfCare that have unhandled statusSchedule or teamSchedule entries planned for a timestamp between this execution and the previous one.
The scheduled changes are then applied to the resources, so that they are up to date with their latest scheduled change.
