Terminology: Adding Supporting Maps for New Observation Concept

New concepts can be added to the list of possible measurement types. This can be performed by users having the system role Terminology Administrator through use of the eHealth Applications by adding to the ValueSet Observation Codes (this is the content in the latest, released Implementation Guide).

In order to support determining of proper units, displayable units and whether to submit as integer or decimal value (Interactions with the Terminology Service and Interactions with the Terminology Service), the new concepts added to ValueSet Observation Codes must be added to certain FHIR ConceptMaps in the terminology service as well. This standard service request is about getting this done.
