User administrators in the municipal and regional identity providers can assign system roles to their users, which grants access to FUT.

FUT currently supports the system roles documented here: OIO BPP Role to eHealth Privilege mapping

New system roles, or changes to existing system roles, can be requested using this standard service request. This standard service request is independent of the FUT release cycle.

Required Input from Requester

The requestor of this service request must provide the following information:

• Name of the new role

• Description of the new role and usage

• A list of privileges that should be granted to users in this role

The Infrastructure Provider and System Administration will use this information to define FHIR Terminology and technical identifiers for use in the infrastructure and for external integration.

Request Outcome

When the service request is delivered, the system role will be documented here: OIO BPP Role to eHealth Privilege mapping.

When the system role is created in FUT, the role can be assigned to clinical users by user administrators in the municipal and regional Identity Providers. The system role must also be created in the Identity Providers, which is not in scope of this standard service request.
