Audit/revisionlog report - employee access

The Municipalities can request a report over their employees and what data has been accessed.

The report will contain the following data:

  • Timestamp access

  • Organization name

  • Practitioner name and employee certificate ID (employee certificate ID on the form: CVR:XXXXXXXX-RID:XXXXXXXX)

  • CPR number for citizen which data was accessed

  • ActionType - what type of access (eg. R for Read, C for Create and so on)

  • ResourceType (eg. CarePlan, Observation and so on)

Required Input from Request

  • Time frame of data request

    • Note: Our audit-log goes back to 01.07.2024. Retention is 2½ years.

  • CVR number for municipality

Example of a service request

“We would like an audit-log report for employees in Aarhus Municipality (CVR 55133018). The report should use data from 31.12.2024 - 01.06.2025.”
