Step 1:

  • Find and select the “Care Gateway“ service

  • Click “Næste“

Step 5:

  • Click “Tilføj rolle“

  • Select “Care Delivery Reporter System“

  • Click “OK“

Step 6:

  • Unselect the “Care Delivery Report Profile“ Type (This is unused and will have no effect)

  • Click “Næste“

  • Click “Accepter vilkår og betingelser“

  • Read and click “Accepter“

  • Click “Send Anmodning“
