Is it the entered message that is send as SMS, or does the SMS message is a notification that there is a message?
When there in the user interface the “Medie:” “Kopiér besked til NemSMS?” is checked, the SSL backend created FHIR Communication (ehealth-message) with medium set to “NemSMS”.
If a FHIR communication with medium NemSMS is created, then the content of the SMS corresponds to the payload of the Communication
If a FHIR communication without medium is created, then the content of the SMS is a notification that there is a message.
