To differentiate, Organization contains an element, synchronizationStatus, which tells whether the Organization is kept up to date. How to manage an Organization depends on the synchronizationStatus value as follows:

Managing an Organization for SSL

An Organization for a Service, Support and Logistics vendor or organisation is created through Organization Create with the following, particular values:

identifier shall have system set to the SSL identifier (see https://docs.ehealth.sundhed.dk/latest-released/ig/StructureDefinition-ehealth-organization.html)
source shall be manual
synchronizationStatus shall be NotSynchronized

Remaining elements shall be set as appropriate.
