Authentication and Authorization for Local Users

Local users are created and maintained directly in the Authorization Service (AS) of the eHealth Infrastructure, that is, Keycloak.

Users on the SSL-keycloak log in using username/password directly. Currently, there are no limits for the allowed amount of login attempts using username/password.
